In the event that the Client does not show up to draw on the accommodation within 24 hours after the agreed boarding, the breach of contract is gross and the guest is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect. At the same time, he is entitled to charge the Client 100% damages on the amount of the deposit paid

• There is no further discount available on the special prices for accommodation and package holidays, we only provide discounts on the counter prices.
• As of 1.3.2022, we only accept benefit cards that can be paid for via a payment terminal.
• When booking on 1.10. - 30.4. please note that only the walking part of the SAFARI PARK is available for you. African and Lion safaris are out of order at this time.
• Please note to all guests that safari operations are managed based on the decision of zoologists and company management depending on the current weather. It may be that all the animals will not be on safari until mid-May and it is possible that they will be taken to the wintering grounds as early as September. This fact cannot be controlled, it is always the comfort and safety of the animals that is the priority for us. The same conditions as for safaris apply to a large enclosure at SAFARI KEMP.

We use a flexible pricing policy, therefore we reserve the right to change prices for hotel rooms subject to availability. We have updated the maximum prices here on 31.11.2020. The EUR exchange rate valid for this season is 23,-CZK (from 1.5.2018). If the price in EUR is unfavourable, use cash, credit card or wire transfer. Price per person includes spa fee.

Damages, cancellation fees

The client is authorised to terminate the accommodation contract at any time (i.e. before and during the day of arrival), even without giving any reason. The Client is obliged to deliver a written notice of termination to the accommodation provider. In such case, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the Client for damages incurred by the Client's premature cancellation of the accommodation and which the accommodation provider could not prevent due to the nature of the services provided for time reasons. The amount of compensation is further determined in the form of a so-called cancellation fee.

At the same time, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the Client damages in the amount of 100% of the deposit paid The compensation for damages (cancellation fee) may be set off against the Client's claim for a refund of the deposit paid or billed by a tax document (invoice) with a 14-day due date. In the event that the Client fails to arrive to use the accommodation within 24 hours after the agreed arrival time, this is a gross breach of contract and the accommodation provider is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect. At the same time, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the Client damages in the amount of 100% of the deposit paid.

In the event of a change of date, the reservation is subject to a fee of 1 000 CZK.

We highly recommend our clients to take out an INTERNAL STAY INSURANCE - this insurance is arranged by the client. The reception does not arrange or mediate the insurance.
